I’M SORRY!

Hey guys, what’s up?

So I know I haven’t been active this past few months. Well basically I have a lot going on in my life, this pasts few months has been very rough and challenging for me. And because of my personal problems I lost focus on my blog and other social platforms, so I decided to take a break from blogging.

I would also like to thank you guys for your constant support and love. I’m back and I’ll try my utmost best to post at least once or twice a week.

FUN FACT: I didn’t know whether to apologize for not being active or to continue blogging like nothing happened lol. But I decided to go with the latter hahaha!!!

Saying I’m sorry takes courage but it also set you apart because no one is perfect.

Basically many of us make goals but then we feel discouraged. It takes motivation to get results and achieve our goal. Motivation give us that extra push to avoid procrastination.

1. BE POSITIVE:

Being positive and thinking positive has an immense influence on staying motivated. Don’t discourage yourself with negative thoughts and doubt. Always say YES before you say No. Remember all that start well ends well.

2. TAKE SMALL STEPS:

As humans, we all have many objectives and goals in life. Why don’t we start by achieving the smaller goals before we move on to the much harder ones. Do the necessary ordinary things before we move to the extraordinary ones. Remember dream big start small to accomplish your goal.

3. BE IN THE COMPANY OF POSITIVE FRIENDS:

Always surround yourself with friends who influence you positively, who motivates and inspire you. ” STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLE, THEY HAVE A PROBLEM FOR EVERY SOLUTION”— Albert Einstein. Being In the company of negative people tends to discourage you from achieving your goals.

4. FOCUS:

Focusing play a major role in staying motivated. It means making your objectives and goals your main priority. And making your goals your main priority immensely influence you on staying motivated. It helps prevent any sort of distraction that tends to get on the way while achieving your goal.

5. DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS:

Comparing yourself and your achievement with others tends to slowly decrease your motivation and you’ll get easily get discouraged. Instead of comparing yourself with others, compare yourself, your achievement with that of last year. It helps you feel proud and encouraged to see your improvement yearly.

6. LET GO OF YOUR FEARS:

Many of us have fears and doubt in achieving our goals and one of this fear include: FAILURE; Even if you fail a hundred time never give up. Remember those who are afraid to fall will never fly. If you fail/fall remember to “fix your ponytail and try again!!!”.let go of your fear.

7. TAKE A BREAK:

There is an adage that says “All work and no play makes jack a dull boy.” It’s okay to take a break, to breath, to be happy, to do what makes us happy and to rest. These moments confirm that we are humans.
